1. Definitions

For the purposes of Applicable Data Protection Laws, Techies Infotech acts as the Data Controller with respect to Personal Data collected through ConvoAssist, the Techies Infotech website, business inquiries, product demonstrations, onboarding discussions, and related communications.

ConvoAssist is primarily operated within a B2B framework.

7. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Techies Infotech processes data according to client instructions and applicable contractual terms.
  • Data subject requests relating to client-controlled data may need to be directed to the relevant client.
  • Client-specific processing terms may be governed by a Data Processing Agreement or equivalent contractual arrangement.

15. Children's Privacy

ConvoAssist is intended for business and enterprise use and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If we become aware that Personal Data of a child has been collected without appropriate consent or legal basis, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, product, or security changes.
